This is the initial set of rewards for running a scan node during Fortification Phase 1, which will last two weeks. After Phase 1 is completed, rewards for Phase 2 will be communicated.

A fixed amount of FORT will be earned as rewards every week between all qualifying Scan Nodes, according to performance, measured by their SLA score.

Phase 1 Rewards

Notes:

1. Total supply of FORT is 1,000,000,000 tokens
2. Rewards per participant will depend on their relative performance to others, measured by an SLA score.
3. Considering the overwhelming interest and number of applications submitted, and the time it takes to onboard, during the first two weeks there will be no penalty for late onboarding. To qualify for rewards for each week, the participant's node has to join the network (node running and staked on) at least 24 hours before the end of the week (end of the week is considered Sunday, 23:59 UTC).
4. *SLA Score will determine if and how much of the reward each scan node gets. During 75% or more node's running time each week:

• 100% reward: SLA ≥ 0.9
• 80% reward: SLA ≥ 0.75
• No reward: SLA < 0.75*

Rewards Distribution

Based on the SLA score, rewards have been calculated for weeks 1 and 2. In terms of distribution, they are as follows:

• For those who earned more than 500 FORT, they receive their stake shares (valid for the 500 FORT staked in their node) and then they will receive FORT for the difference between their earned rewards and 500.

  • Example: Participant earned X FORT (with X > 500). Participant receives:
    • Stake shares (equivalent to 500 FORT)
    • Y FORT (with Y = X - 500)
  • Shares are ERC1155 NFT.

• For those who earned less than 500 FORT, they receive all of their assigned rewards in FORT.

• All rewards will be sent in Polygon.
